Orihuela Costa

The Orihuela Costa is a popular area of the Costa Blanca, but is not clearly defined as a location as it is simply the coastal zone of the Orihuela municipality.

Orihuela Costa is a popular location for foreign residents, who make up a good chunk of the population, and also attracts tourists from around the globe.

There are lots of popular mini-locations on the Orihuela Costa, some of the favourites are Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Ounta Prima and La Zenia.

In La Zenia, one of the key attractions of the Orihuela Costa is the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, the largest in the Alicante Province, although the Blue Flag beaches and local bars and restaraunts are also a key element to making this area unique.
